1st Alert Multiplus
A one year membership to the Multiplus Partner Program comes free with every three year Secure and Secure Plus contract. The Multiplus card offers savings of up to 50% on almost everything you need for your car from the following major partners:

- APIP
You will also have the opportunity to apply for a Multiplus VISA card.
1st Alert Panic Button / Business Private Switch
(Secure Plus Only)
This option includes a remote with a panic button which when pressed in the vicinity of the motor vehicle transmits an alarm to the Support Centre which will then take the necessary actions, ensuring total safety and peace of mind. In addition, the driver has the option of recording the trip as either a business or private by simply selecting one of the two dedicated buttons on the remote. This feature is used in conjunction with the internet log book facility and is accepted by SARS for tax return purposes.
1st Alert Bodyguard
Unlike roadside assist, where the focus is on the vehicle, this service focuses on the safety of the occupants. If the driver breaks down in an unsafe area, a simple phone call to our Support Centre will initiate a team to secure the safety of the occupants. And due to the technology of the units they know where you are without you even telling them.
1st Alert Accident Assist (Secure Plus Only)
In the event of a crash or collision ER24 medical assistance will be dispatched to the accident site. Due the technology utilized in the Secure Plus Units, the whereabouts of the vehicle can be determined to within 4m. This service also prevents the dreaded stories in the press whereby the vehicle is only discovered the next day. Roadside assistance is also included in this package. This option is available on Secure Plus only.
